Job Description:

Management:

• Manage a team of 5 experienced Project Managers (4 in France + 1 in the US) in drone shows.
• Train and oversee the team, recruiting when necessary.

Event Production:

• Evaluate the technical feasibility of sites through visits.
• Oversee planning and budgets for each event.
• Guide Project Managers on project management and client relations.
• Allocate resources internally and externally for event execution.
• Source, contract, and collaborate with external partners and service providers.
• Lead technical direction on large-scale or strategic projects.

Processes:

• Research, train, and manage partners involved in drone show operations and related fields.
• Improve event production processes, from permits to show execution.
• Manage collaboration and event planning tools (e.g., Oovizz).
• Coordinate with resource teams for needs assessment, resource allocation, and project feasibility.
• Support the sales team by ensuring technical feasibility, resource availability, and budget considerations.

Candidate Profile:

• 15+ years of experience in event project management or production, including international projects.
• Strong interest in technological innovation.
• Excellent communication skills with teams, clients, and providers.
• Process-oriented with a focus on productivity and innovation.
• Exceptional organizational skills, including time management and multitasking.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage stress effectively.
