As a Working Student in the Event Team at QuantCo, you will help shape a unique working environment in a fast-growing international tech company. You will support internal operations, organize outstanding events, and collaborate across departments to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Event Management: Help bring company-wide events to life by supporting their organization, taking over responsibility for planning and executing local and team events that foster connection and collaboration.
• Onboarding & Culture: Assist in welcoming new employees and developing programs for our interns to make them feel at home.
• Research & Implementation: Explore new opportunities, conduct in-depth research, and take ownership of independent projects.
• Process Optimization: Improve our work by creating clear documentation, streamlining processes, and contributing to workflow automation for events and travel.

We are looking for a detail-oriented team player with a passion for people and:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Hands-on approach with a strong service orientation.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Notion.
• Initial experience with task and project management tools.
• Preferred: First experience in project or event management.
