Your Mission

As an Events Manager at HrFlow.ai , you will lead the planning, execution, and promotion of high-impact in-person events across the globe that strengthen our brand, generate qualified leads, and engage our customer and partner ecosystem.

This is a key role for us as events are a major part of our acquisition strategy. As such, you will report directly to the Marketing Director.

Our events strategy is mostly based on running innovative 30-day Hackathons, where a group of highly engaged executives get to experience our groundbreaking technology first-hand. We also occasionally attend trade shows.

This unique opportunity is perfect for an individual who has significant experience in B2B event management and wants to expand their skills into exclusive and inventive personalized events.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive event strategy including quarterly Hackathons
  • Support the CEO and Marketing Director in developing event partnerships with consultancies, major software companies and large events organizers across EMEA and North America
  • Work with our event partners to recruit attendees aligned with our ICP
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for each Hackathon (and other events) including hosting, moderating and prepping locations
  • Coordinate speaker sessions, partners, budgets, vendors, and timelines
  • Promote events across channels (email, social, PR etc.), creating and leveraging relevant assets to generate interest and create buzz before, during and after each event
  • Analyze post-event metrics and ROI to optimize future initiatives

About You - Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience running complex B2B events from concept to execution with executive-level audiences, coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment
  • Proven ability to generate demand and revenue from events - you’re confident with attendee recruitment and engagement, event hosting as well as pre and post-event communications (videos, social media etc.)
  • Excellent logistics management, project management, budgeting and time management skills
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and partnership negotiation skills in both French and English
  • Autonomy, creativity, ownership mindset, and a collaborative attitude
