A joint venture in EV infrastructure is looking for a Country Manager for France & Benelux. This role requires overseeing the deployment of charging sites, managing a multicultural team, and ensuring budget and quality delivery. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in infrastructure rollout, a bachelor's or master's degree, and fluency in English and French. Candidates will be responsible for driving performance and fostering partnerships while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in infrastructure rollout, construction management, or network operations.
• Proven track record in large-scale rollout projects and CAPEX management.
• Experience managing diverse, multi‑country teams.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Deliver the regional business plan and ensure all rollout activities meet objectives.
• Manage regional P&L for CAPEX and OPEX.
