Qualifications

• Master's degree in a business or communications field.
• 3+ years in VM project management, retail operations, or logistics coordination; mentoring experience a major plus.
• Strong organizational and logistical skills; able to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a collaborative team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Furniture update campaigns and POSM rollout across Europe.
• End-to-end furniture campaigns from planning to in-store setup; manage timelines and budgets.
• Lead design declination, validation and production of in-store communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and Supply Chain to hit deadlines.
• Translate marketing strategies into planograms and display guidelines for diverse stores.
• Manage budgets, equipment allocations, and ensure consistent execution quality.
• Mentor and guide an intern and integrate them into the team.
