The European Talent Headhunter & Recruiter is a recruitment professional specialized in identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates for employment opportunities within the Group.

Their mission is to analyze, seek out, identify, attract, and evaluate talent in line with the needs and ambitions expressed by Group entities within a realistic timeframe defined with the hiring manager.

They develop and apply leading sourcing strategies and research methodologies to identify the best talent and build first-class talent pools.

They assess talent according to the needs and ambitions expressed by Group entities within a realistic timeframe defined with the hiring managers.

They contribute to maintaining an attractive employer brand.

They select and propose the best short-listed candidates to managers; for selected candidates, they coordinate with internal recruiters on the next steps of the recruitment process or manage end-to-end recruitment when needed.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

They provide the Group with information on talent and the job market using various online tools and platforms, as well as specialized software.

They stay informed about the latest developments in talent sourcing within the industry.

They coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

They provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status and progress.

They build and maintain a diverse pool of potential candidates, even if there is no current vacancy, delivering a list of potential candidates for future opportunities.

They assess candidates through telephone or video interviews to determine if they meet the requirements for the position (non-technical and technical skills).

They ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for all involved individuals.

They participate in building, adjusting, and implementing employer branding strategies for their scope (e.g., sharing market practices, identifying persona needs, selecting relevant channels for different personas, organizing events, proposing creative solutions) to attract relevant candidates.

They can manage the full recruitment process.
