European Sales Lead – Micro Technology Manufacturing sector – Europe

First Recruitment Group are delighted and proud to be working with a multinational specialist in a field of water purification to the manufacturing industry.

As the business continues to grow and succeed, an opportunity arises for a senior sales professional with proven success within the evolving Micro Electronics Sector to join their team and strengthen and grow their business in the European market place.

If you bring strong technical expertise in water purification solutions for the Micro Electronics sector, and have a proven track record in European business growth, we want to hear from you.

You will need to be able to work closely with senior leaders and local teams across Europe, to create and drive a commercial strategy towards the capture of new business and to evolve existing customer relationships, increasing their market ownership and building upon their already excellent reputation within that field.

In order to apply you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or Advanced degree preferred)
• Substantial experience in technical/commercial sales or business development within the Micro Technology market in Europe
• Proven success in developing and executing strategic sales plans
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities
• Willingness to travel within the region as required
• A winning attitude and desire
