Job summary

L’Oréal Groupe seeks a Real Estate Project Manager for the Europe zone, reporting to the Real Estate Europe Director, to manage offices, factories, and distribution centers and support the region’s strategic footprint.

You will lead complex lease negotiations, coordinate multi-country projects, and collaborate with finance, legal, and sustainability teams to bring projects to life across markets. Fluent in French and English with a strong real estate background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid background in real estate project management and lease negotiations.
• Experience coordinating multi-country projects across diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze complex information and present strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee European real estate assets, identify opportunities, and formalize strategic interests.
• Lead lease negotiations including rent, duration, flexibility, and exit clauses.
• Coordinate internal and external teams across countries to ensure project delivery from design to post-delivery.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and sustainability teams and external brokers/advisors.
