AXA Group Headquarters in Paris is seeking a Project Leader for AXA EssentiALL to focus on European geographies. You will drive market research, support business development and coordinate across AXA HQ and entities.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English (oral & written).
• Analytical skills with strong planning ability and autonomy.
• Ability to consolidate and summarize information from varied sources.
• Interest in development, social issues, and financial inclusion.
• Strong interest in project management, intrapreneurship, strategy & transformation.
• MS Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint – advanced level.

Responsabilités

• Lead research on market trends or specific segments of customers.
• Identify main actors and competitors, legal schemes, national plans on financial inclusion and inclusive insurance.
• Participate in global coordination and project management with AXA HQ and entities.
• Support partnerships and stakeholder outreach; help produce external and internal communications.
