Role Overview :
This role will provide expert-level technical and commercial pre-sales support, ensuring optimal solutions are delivered for a wide variety of applications in collaboration with local sales and engineering teams across Europe. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between subsidiaries, customers, and OEM partners to drive innovation, ensure technical excellence, and promote knowledge sharing across the region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with European subsidiaries’ sales and engineering teams to drive the development and deployment of airside HVAC solutions, with a strong focus on Applied and custom-configured equipment.
- Provide advanced technical guidance to support the specification, selection, and integration of products into complex HVAC applications.
- Collaborate with global OEM factories and R&D teams to define and customise product solutions aligned with local project needs and regional requirements.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, customer demands, and regulatory shifts across European countries to identify new opportunities and guide product evolution.
- Deliver technical training and workshops to enhance the expertise of subsidiary teams in airside equipment, including AHUs, ventilation solutions, and system applications.
- Prepare and disseminate high-quality technical presentations and white papers on relevant industry topics such as refrigerant transitions, indoor air quality, and sustainability.
- Act as a subject matter expert during pre-sales engagements, assisting in bid preparation, customer meetings, and value proposition development.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering (or equivalent).Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical or product support role within the AHU & ventilation industry.Strong technical understanding of airside HVAC products and system applications.Proficiency with product selection and configuration tools (e.g., MSP or similar platforms).Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences across international markets.Proven track record of building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach and long-term strategic perspective.Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a strong advantage.Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for HVAC solutions?
