TXO is seeking a Network & Engineering Manager to lead Europe-wide programmes, partnering with operations, finance, customers and suppliers. You will drive profitable growth, ensure on-time delivery, and manage governance across multiple markets.

The role requires strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex transformations within a matrix organisation. Hybrid, European-based, with multilingual expectations.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in business or engineering disciplines.
• Extensive experience managing large, complex transformation portfolios and programmes.
• Experience in a growth-focused business, ideally telecommunications.
• Experience in financial management including forecasting and P&L ownership.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and decision making.
• Proven project/programme management methodologies experience (MSP/PRINCE2/APM/PMI/ITIL).
• Strong commercial acumen to review contracts and governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across a dispersed organisation.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the key local point of contact for customers, suppliers and OEMs.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering leaders to define regional portfolio and resource needs.
• Develop business cases, workforce plans and regional budgets.
• Ensure programmes deliver on time, cost and quality, realising business benefits.
• Maintain governance, risk and issue management through PMO tools and processes.
• Onboard and manage internal and external suppliers for delivery.
• Align regional reporting with commercial performance metrics and governance.
