Mackinnon Bruce International is seeking a Business Development Manager for Life Sciences Production Solutions across Europe. This remote, customer-facing role travels internationally to engage with clients and translate technical capabilities into commercial value.

You will build strategic plans, develop new business, manage key accounts, and position the company as a trusted partner in biopharma production solutions across multi-country markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, engineering or related discipline.
• Significant customer-facing commercial or business development experience.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Biopharmaceutical Production, Bioprocessing or related technical markets.
• Ability to identify, develop and close complex business opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across European Life Sciences markets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans across new and existing accounts.
• Build understanding of customer processes and commercial objectives to identify suitable solutions.
• Promote a broad portfolio of products and technical solutions to customers.
• Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and position as a trusted partner.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from identification to closing.
