You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with project managers, site teams and stakeholders to embed HSE requirements during installation, commissioning and delivery. The role requires 3–5 years of HSE experience, a relevant degree, and professional HSE certification.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HSE experience with team leadership and project support.
• Degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Management or related field preferred.
• Professional HSE certification such as NEBOSH Construction or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead health, safety and environmental initiatives across PowerGen projects.
• Partner with project managers and site teams to embed HSE requirements.
• Ensure Cummins standards and European regulatory requirements are applied.
• Lead HSE risk management including RAMS, JSA and dynamic risk assessments.
• Verify site readiness with controls for lifting, electrical work, confined space and permits.
• Manage contractor onboarding and ongoing HSE performance monitoring.
• Use HSE metrics and investigations to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Promote a positive HSE culture through training and engagement.
