Scaleway is expanding its HR legal function to ensure compliance across Europe and to support operational excellence in an increasingly international environment.

Your mission will be to lead HR legal topics across Europe, manage employee relations, and provide strategic legal guidance on both individual and collective matters that support Scaleway’s growth. The role requires a Master 2 in Social Law or HR, 5+ years in a similar role, multi-site Europe experience, and full English fluency.

Qualifikationen

• Master 2 in Social Law or Human Resources.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally including experience in a law firm and/or an international environment.
• Proven expertise in multi-site management within Europe.
• Significant experience in social relations, including managing instances and collective bargaining.
• Full English fluency for daily interaction with international employees and foreign legal cabinets.

Aufgaben

• Pilot HR topics across Europe and ensure legal compliance.
• Manage employee relations and provide strategic guidance on individual and collective matters.
• Coordinate external counsel and payroll providers across European regions.
• Lead international mobility files including secondments and expatriation.
• Oversee pre-litigation and litigation in collaboration with specialized law firms.
• Maintain watch on evolving French and European legislation.
• Prepare and co‑animate meetings with Employee Representative Bodies (CSE).
• Define strategy and lead negotiations for collective company agreements.
• Advise leadership on social climate to maintain constructive dialogue with social partners.
