Job summary

Warwick Hotels seeks an experienced Hotel Renovation & Development Project Manager to lead capital investment, interior fit-out, and refurbishment across its European portfolio. You will partner with hotel leadership and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality.

The role requires strong end-to-end project management, advanced AutoCAD and MS Office skills, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and coordination for building, interior fit-out, or renovation projects, ideally in hospitality.
• Degree in Building Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or Interior Design.
• Strong end-to-end project management, budget tracking, and vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Steering & Coordination across multiple hotel properties in Europe.
• Capital planning and scheduling of CapEx investments.
• Guide GMs and teams through refurbishment, fit-out, and technical plant installations.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineering consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Monitor on-site progress, ensure quality and manage handover procedures.
