Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Paris is seeking a proactive Marketing & Stock Operations Assistant to support the European High Jewelry Marketing team. You will help coordinate stock allocations, analyze sales data and ensure alignment with regional objectives across markets.

Working closely with regional teams, you will optimize flows, participate in events, and contribute to the execution of regional initiatives while upholding the brand's standards and luxury experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a complex, multicultural and fast-paced environment.
• Business acumen and curiosity, understanding challenges and proposing actions aligned with business objectives.
• Rigour and strong organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to balance negotiation and persuasion with flexibility and diplomacy.
• Excellent oral and written communication in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Stock Management: coordinate stock transfers and allocations for High Jewelry events; support stock distribution with HQ/Regional teams; develop allocation plans to optimize stock usage.
• Sales Support: assist with monthly sales analysis and ad hoc studies; manage sales announcements and certificates.
• Transversal topics: support regional boards, implement stock-related initiatives, and contribute analytical insights to regional initiatives.
