Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Senior European High Jewelry Marketing Lead based in Paris. You will drive the regional marketing strategy across Europe, coordinating with Central Functions and local teams to maximise sales while shaping events, training and client engagement plans.

You will manage a team of 3 and an intern, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver a compelling regional roadmap.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a similar role within the luxury industry.
• Solid knowledge of the high-jewellery business and a passion for it.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive, motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of the European High Jewelry activity, aligning with Maison strategy.
• Collaborate with Central Functions, regional counterparts and local marketing teams.
• Coordinate and support 9 European markets and manage a team of 3 plus one intern.
• Define regional marketing strategy, budget, events, training and client programs.
• Oversee events strategy, content creation, and product-related operations for high jewelry.
