papernest is seeking a pragmatic COO to lead its Operations Business Unit across France, Spain and Italy, owning P&L and driving profitable growth. You will work closely with the founders and executive team to align operational capabilities with the company’s scaling goals.

You will manage regional operations, customer experience, site production, and sales enablement while building a strong leadership team and ensuring data-driven decision making. A cross-cultural, hands-on leader is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in senior ops roles.
Proven track record of managing and unifying multi-country operational teams.
Experience in consulting or as a COO is highly valued.
Based in Paris or Barcelona, or open to relocation.
Fluency in English; French and Spanish are a plus.

Responsabilités

Oversee Operations BU across France, Spain, and Italy.
Report to the Executive Committee and own operational performance and financial results.
Define Operations P&L strategy and drive execution to targets.
Build and execute the project roadmap with a continuous improvement mindset.
Foster collaboration across departments and with other BUs to scale efficiently.
