Zusammenfassung

ICON is seeking a field-based Clinical Trial Liaison in France to support clinical trials across Europe. You will engage investigators and site teams, provide scientific guidance, and help drive patient enrolment while collaborating with sponsors and cross-functional teams.

The role requires travel up to 75% nationally and internationally, with a mix of home or office-based work. A doctoral degree and strong clinical research experience are essential, along with fluent English and French

Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree such as MD, PharmD or PhD.
• Experience in clinical research within Pharma, Biotech or CRO environments.
• Strong scientific and medical knowledge with understanding of clinical development.
• Established scientific and clinical network in Europe with networking and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation in English and French medical language; additional EU languages are an advantage.
• Ability to interpret complex medical data and apply scientific knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships with investigators, site staff and stakeholders to support trial delivery.
• Provide scientific, clinical and protocol training to study teams.
• Develop site and study-level enrolment strategies to improve recruitment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate best practice into local action.
• Represent the study at site visits, project meetings and conferences.
• Support continuous improvement of enrolment processes and trial outcomes.
