HoSt Group in Rennes, France, is seeking a Project Manager Service & Maintenance to oversee maintenance of biogas and CO2 recovery installations across France, Spain, and Italy. You will coordinate service activities with clients, technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors in an international setting, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to service agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level of working and thinking, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Affinity with maintenance of (sustainable) installations.
• Strong safety awareness and good communication skills.
• Proficiency in French and English; Spanish or Italian are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Actively identifying commercial opportunities.
• Preparing quotations and contracts.
• Performing cost calculations (maintenance contracts versus refurbishment projects).
• Supervising work execution according to applicable quality, HSE, and safety standards.
• Identifying and reporting unsafe situations.
• Selecting external resources and contractors.
• Invoicing completed work.
• Monitoring project progress and providing periodic reports.
• Processing maintenance reports.
• Optimizing processes and increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
