Thales Aerospace Communications in Île-de-France, Rungis, is seeking a Sales Manager to own and drive sales for a list of Accounts. You will be the voice of the customer and collaborate with the broader Sales function to maximize growth.

You will develop the sales development strategy, prepare commercial offers, build trust with customers at all levels, and forecast activity while traveling to visit clients.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background with degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years in aerospace selling.
• Understanding of market and strong customer orientation.
• Ability to travel and visit customers; build trust at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Own and be accountable for sales for a list of Accounts.
• Define sales development strategy for assigned accounts and meet annual targets.
• Prepare commercial offers and manage the daily interface with customers.
• Develop customer intimacy and track new project opportunities; forecast activity.
