UNIQLO is seeking a Store Construction Project Manager for the European team, based in our Paris office. You will report to the Head of Store Construction and work cross-functionally with store design, development and maintenance teams, coordinating with third-party suppliers across markets.

You will manage project execution from feasibility inputs through handover to store management, with travel across Europe depending on projects assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, architecture or equivalent
• Fluent in Business English is a must, both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel to multiple EU cities each week.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular site visits with Store Design and local architects to monitor construction progress and quality
• Manage project budget, variations, and reporting to the team manager
• Create budgeting and scheduling for development phase of projects
• Support Design and Store Development to define scope and handover conditions
• Lead bidding, selection and management of general contractors and suppliers
• Develop CAPEX budgets for new stores and improvements of existing stores

Fluent in Business English

Fluent in French (advantage)

Formation

Degree in Project management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, architecture or equivalent
