Joe & The Juice in Paris seeks a Project and Construction Manager to lead store construction projects across France, Belgium and Switzerland, from design through handover, ensuring compliance, budget control and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with Real Estate, Operations, Finance and Design; fluent in English and French, on-site availability is required, and a strong tracker of schedules, costs and quality is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing food retail and construction projects.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and autonomy.
• Strong negotiation and Capex budgeting skills.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards.
• Proficient with Office 365.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Full clean driving licence and on-site availability.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full lifecycle of store construction projects from design to handover.
• Manage budgets, schedules and cost variance; ensure brand standards.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Operations, Finance, Design and external partners.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks; resolve defects.
• Prepare preliminary cost estimates and detailed construction schedules.
• Tender projects and evaluate bids with architects and consultants.
• Deliver technically commissioned handover to Mid-EU Operations.
