OneFlash, a fast-growing French startup at Station F in Paris, invites an ambitious intern to join our European sales team. This six-month program focuses on Sales Development and Account Management, offering hands-on experience with leading brands across Europe.

You'll work on lead generation, client research, and CRM-driven account management, with mentorship from senior colleagues and exposure to cross-border sales strategies in a dynamic Parisian hub.

Qualifications

• Education: Bac+5 (end of studies) in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Languages: English C1 level, plus proficiency in German.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with multitasking and prioritisation.

Responsabilités

• Support the SDR team in generating and qualifying new leads across Europe (excluding France).
• Conduct research and identify potential clients in target markets.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and set up appointments for senior sales representatives.
• Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to support the implementation of our solutions.
• Monitor and report on the progress of leads and accounts using the CRM system.
• Assist with development of marketing materials and outreach strategies.
