Corcept Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Europe Sales Training & Operations to lead strategic learning and field enablement for oncology expansion across Europe, starting with Germany/DACH and scaling across the region. You will oversee training programs, onboarding, and capability development while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Compliance to ensure launch readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech commercial roles, including sales, training, or field operations.
• Experience supporting launch or expansion in international markets; Europe (Germany/DACH) experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success integrating commercial training, field enablement, and operational excellence in a matrixed environment.
• Language: English fluency required, German fluency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy, design, and execution of commercial training programs, onboarding, product and disease state training, and selling skills.
• Develop scalable learning frameworks for launch readiness across Europe.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Legal and Compliance to align training strategies with brand objectives.
• Establish coaching standards and field development processes with local leadership to drive field excellence.
• Drive operational excellence in commercial processes, technologies, and field support systems at scale.
• Oversee LMS strategy, governance, and analytics to measure training effectiveness and impact.
