A leading luxury fashion house in Paris is seeking a Head of Talent Engagement & Acquisition. This role involves designing strategies to maximize talent attraction and retention, overseeing employee engagement initiatives, and managing a team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 15 years of HR experience and a Master's degree in Human Resources or Business. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French is a plus.

Overview

The Head of Talent Engagement & Acquisition is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to maximize the attraction, retention, and development of our talents within the region. He/She will oversee all employee engagement & development initiatives, ensuring the creation of a stimulating, inclusive, and high-performing work environment aligned with the values of our Maison. He/She leads directly a team of 2 and collaborates functionally with Europe HR leaders.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Development
    • Manage the yearly Europe Organization and Management Review as well as performance reviews
    • Design and roll out Talent development projects enabling implementation of Key talents Development Plans
    • Implement a clear and transparent career pathing framework for employees across various roles and functions within the European region.
    • Career Counseling for Talents holding strategic positions in Europe in order to ensure their development, retention and key positions succession plans.
    • Mobilities: Design, implement, and manage internal mobility initiatives to facilitate career growth and development opportunities for employees across Europe.
  • Learning & Development, in collaboration with Dior Academy and Central Learning Teams
    • Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps across the organization in regards with performance management, retail career paths, and targeting more specifically Head Offices Talents & HR community upskilling.
    • Design, develop, and implement innovative and effective talent development programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, onboarding programs, and mentoring initiatives.
    • Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Employee Experience
    • Map and improve the employee experience at each stage of the journey (recruitment, onboarding, development, departure).
    • Implement initiatives to promote well-being at work, quality of life, and employee engagement.
    • Measure and improve employee engagement following surveys and feedback collection.
    • Promote & Roll out impactful CSR initiatives and programs across Europe: DEI, gender equality, health & well being, ethics & compliance, community engagement…
  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
    • Manages Talent acquisition for Key positions of Europe Head Office, together with Europe HRD
    • Develop attractive communication activities to attract top talent.
    • Maintain an active presence on professional social networks and recruitment events.
  • Internal Communications
    • Develop, deploy & measure efficiency of the region's internal communications strategy
    • Oversee the creation of relevant and engaging content for various internal communication channels
Profile
  • Proven HR experience of minimum 15 years, as HR Generalist and Talent Engagement, preferably in retail & international environments
  • A Masters degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
