Job summary

Doctolib in Paris is seeking an EU Public Affairs Senior Consultant to monitor EU health data regulation, AI Act, GDPR, and cybersecurity, and to shape Doctolib's engagement at the European level. The role requires close work with the EU Public Affairs Lead and spans analysis to stakeholder engagement, with regular travel to Brussels and Strasbourg.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in European public affairs or EU policy.
• Experience in Brussels or Strasbourg with EU institutions or federations.
• Strong understanding of EU legislative processes and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong drafting and analytical abilities for position papers and consultation responses.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Monitor EU regulatory developments and provide actionable analysis.
• Support Doctolib's EU policy positions and consultation responses.
• Organise meetings with EU institutions and stakeholders with proper follow-up.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Tech teams on EU regulatory topics.
• Engage with European federations and associations to boost Doctolib's visibility.
• Coordinate cross-border priorities with Public Affairs teams in Germany and Italy.
