Doctolib, based in Paris, seeks an EU Public Affairs Senior Consultant to monitor regulatory developments in digital health, shape Doctolib’s European engagement strategy, and coordinate with EU institutions and federations. The role offers cross-border exposure across Brussels and Strasbourg with regular travel.

The candidate will liaise with Legal, Risk, and Technology teams to translate complex issues into actionable insights, and to drive Doctolib’s EU policy positions.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in European public affairs, EU policy, European law or international relations.
• Experience in Brussels or Strasbourg: EU institutions, permanent representations or federations.
• Solid understanding of EU institutions and legislative processes; multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and drafting skills; able to prepare position papers and reports.

• Monitor EU legislative developments (AI Act, EHDS, GDPR, NIS2, Data Act, cybersecurity) and provide actionable analysis.
• Support preparation of Doctolib positions, consultation responses, and contributions to EU institutions.
• Organise meetings with EU institutions and stakeholders; ensure proper follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Risk, Tech & Product) to align on regulatory topics.
• Engage with European federations and associations to amplify Doctolib's visibility.
• Coordinate with Public Affairs colleagues in Germany and Italy on cross-border priorities.

## **Set a new pulse for healthcare!**We are looking for an **EU Public Affairs Senior Consultant** to join the **Public Affairs** team in **Paris.**As an EU Public Affairs Senior Consultant, your mission will be to monitor and analyse EU regulatory developments shaping the future of digital health, and to support Doctolib's engagement strategy at the European level. You will work closely with the EU Public Affairs Lead to monitor relevant EU policy developments, coordinate internal input and support Doctolib’s engagement with European stakeholders. The role spans a broad and fast-moving regulatory landscape, from AI and health data to cybersecurity, cloud and digital sovereignty, and offers direct exposure to the full public affairs cycle, from monitoring and analysis to stakeholder engagement.
