8R is seeking an experienced Lead Business Development (m/f/d) with a focus on Critical Infrastructure Protection to drive growth across Europe, including Germany, France and the UK. The role entails building strategic relationships with government authorities, defense organizations, airports and critical infrastructure operators, and leading the full sales and bid process.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a comparable field, or equivalent professional qualification
• Fluent English and German or French is a plus

Responsabilités

• Responsibility for Business Development in the field of Vital Asset Protection and Critical Infrastructure across Europe, with a focus on Germany, France and the UK
• Build and develop strategic relationships with government authorities, defense organizations, airports, critical infrastructure operators, OEMs and industry partners
• Manage the entire sales and acquisition process, from identifying new business opportunities and shaping customer requirements to developing bid strategies and negotiating contracts
• Work closely with Management, Engineering, Program Management and Legal to successfully develop and implement proposals and programs
• Represent the company at international Defense, Aviation and Security trade shows, conferences, forums and relevant working groups
