Founded in 2010, EZVIZ has grown rapidly since then and now markets its products in more than 80 countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific, US, and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

  • In line with the company's strategic direction and the diverse policies and regulations of different European countries, collaborate closely with the after-sales team at the Chinese headquarters. Develop tailored after-sales service policies, processes, and solutions for the European region, and establish a comprehensive overseas after-sales service system.
  • Be responsible for the global after-sales service network planning, as well as the selection, management, and training of service providers.
  • Manage global service sites, supervise, assess, train, and certify service quality and repair quality.
  • Regularly generate after-sales reports, and provide timely feedback and follow-up on product quality issues.
  • Continuously optimize after-sales processes, reduce after-sales costs, and be accountable for customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the cost control of overseas after-sales services to reduce the operational costs of overseas after-sales services.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or above. Fluent in English and Chinese in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, which can be used as the working language.
  • More than 3 years of experience in global after-sales operation management.
  • Have resources of overseas after-sales service providers.
  • Work in a rigorous and serious manner, with strong organization and logical thinking skills, as well as strong adaptability and communication and coordination abilities.
  • Possess a team spirit, be highly stress-resistant, and be good at accepting new things.
