Airbus Commercial in Toulouse, France seeks an Export Control Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to EU dual-use and sanctions regulations across the group. You will lead licensing management, classification, screening and training within a multinational team.

Candidates should have 4+ years in export control or trade compliance in aerospace or high-tech sectors, strong regulatory knowledge, fluent French and English, and the ability to interpret complex laws.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience in an Export Control or Trade Compliance role, preferably in industrial or aerospace sectors.
• Proven knowledge of EU Dual-Use Regulation and French national regulations and procedures (e.g., SBDU, DGA).
• Solid understanding of international sanctions regimes (EU, UN, US).
• Knowledge of US Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and ITAR is a significant advantage.
• Ability to interpret complex legal texts and apply them to commercial operations.
• Proactive approach to identifying compliance gaps and developing practical solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail in classification, documentation, and screening processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external government agencies.
• Language: Fluent professional working proficiency in both French and English.
