Job summary

AIRBUS DS SLC SAS is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Manager (f/m) based in Elancourt, France. You will manage compliance risks, oversee due diligence for third parties, and support governance and decision processes to uphold the company’s reputation and integrity.

You will lead procurement compliance reviews, deliver targeted training, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while ensuring adherence to the Airbus Code of Conduct. A security clearance or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Ethics, Compliance, or Legal functions, preferably within a complex industrial setting or a highly regulated environment.
• Languages: English language proficiency is mandatory; proficiency in French or German is a significant advantage.
• Security clearance or eligibility for clearance is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage due diligence for third parties (suppliers, consultants, business partners, lobbyists) to identify and mitigate risks.
• Develop and monitor governance frameworks including Conflicts of Interest, Gifts & Hospitality, and Sponsorship processes; support decision-making committees.
• Provide expert legal advisory and negotiation support on procurement and complex contracts; lead training to raise ethics and compliance awareness.
