Esthéticienne / Masseuse (H/F) – Full Time

Location: Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris, Paris, France.

Job Summary: Provide high‑quality spa treatments, including facial, body, hand & foot care, makeup and massages. Advice clients on spa services, manage product sales, maintain hygiene and equipment, and represent the Four Seasons brand.

Qualifications:

• Licensed and experienced esthetician/masseuse.


• Current work permit valid in France.


• Fluency in French and English.


• Knowledge of spa services, product range, and hotel services.


• Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.


• Strong organizational and meticulousness in cleanliness, hygiene, and safety procedures.


• Ability to handle client requests and follow protocols taught in training.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver high‑quality treatments and ensure client well‑being.


• Maintain a courteous, warm, and empathetic attitude.


• Apply advanced esthetic techniques (facial, body, makeup, etc.).


• Follow all protocols for each treatment.


• Advise clients about product lines and provide accurate service descriptions.


• Keep treatment rooms, preparation area and equipment clean.


• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and uniform standards.


• Notify Spa Director/security of lost items and any issues.


• Communicate shift hand‑over information accurately.


• Perform additional tasks or projects assigned by Spa Director.


• Follow security and emergency procedures.


• Accept discipline and scheduling directives from management.


• Report client complaints to Spa Director.
