Overview

Elements Massage Belmont is excited to announce the addition of therapeutic skincare services to the studio’s offerings and is currently seeking licensed estheticians/aestheticians to join the growing team. Elements Massage in Belmont is looking for knowledgeable Estheticians who are engaging, warm, and have outgoing personalities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare and the benefits of regular customized facials. At Elements Massage, we value our team members and understand work-life balance is key. Our philosophy is to communicate effectively, encourage collaboration, and provide the proper resources for everyone to excel. Estheticians will earn an hourly base pay along with commissions sold on products. Prior experience in therapeutic skincare of similar spa environments is preferred but not required. A passion for skincare and dedication to delivering excellent client care is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have completed an Esthetics/Aesthetics educational program
• Must be knowledgeable with skincare ingredients to understand the benefits and contraindications to best recommend products.
• Must be comfortable and confident with recommending product sales to clients.
• Licensed to provide facial services in your state or municipality
• A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers
• Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a spa environment or providing facials is a plus
