Your role
We are looking for an Essilor Experience Brand Manager who will lead the in-store strategy and activation plans for the Essilor brand & portfolio of daughter brands across wholesale and retail banners to drive Essilor lenses adoption globally.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the Essilor in-store strategy across the lens brand portfolio, aligning with key stakeholders and ensuring consistency across all brands and touchpoints.
- Manage the development of all in-store assets for the Essilor brand & Essilor Experts partnership program and cultivate buy-in and adoption by markets.
- Partner with brand and trade marketing teams to develop product demonstration tools, branded fixtures and phygital experiences for activation in stores worldwide.
- Liaise across both wholesale and retail in-store communications and space management teams to ensure an omni-channel in-store strategy.
- Oversee the Digital Broadcasting System for the Essilor brand portfolio, inputting content into the system, creating timeline recommendations for market activations, and providing market support.
- Manage the global Wholesale Activation calendar, meeting regularly with Essilor brand teams to make sure activation plans stay up-to-date.
Main requirements:
- Level of knowledge equivalent to bac+5 as an experienced international marketing specialist with a minimum experience of 6+ years in marketing.
- He / she must either have previous optical industry experience or in-store / merchandising experience.
- He / she must be results driven and able to manage complex strategic topics that require cross-functional leadership.
- He / she must have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide variety of upstream and downstream partners, in an international environment.
- He / she must be comfortable communicating in front of senior leaders, working in a team and leading a 360° project.
- He / she must have the curiosity to acquire and deepen his knowledge in the field of optics and / or merchandising.
- The job also requires an ability to think “consumer” and to carry out more operational B2B2C marketing actions.
- He / she must also be able to structure a strategic recommendation as well as build and share a vision on the subjects.
