Your role

We are seeking an Essilor Experience Brand Manager to lead the in-store strategy and activation plans for the Essilor brand and its portfolio of daughter brands across wholesale and retail channels, aiming to drive global adoption of Essilor lenses.

Main responsibilities :

  • Lead the in-store strategy for the Essilor brand portfolio, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and consistency across all brands and touchpoints.
  • Manage the development of in-store assets for the Essilor brand and the Essilor Experts partnership program, fostering buy-in and adoption across markets.
  • Collaborate with brand and trade marketing teams to develop product demonstration tools, branded fixtures, and phygital experiences for store activations worldwide.
  • Coordinate with wholesale and retail in-store communication and space management teams to implement an omni-channel in-store strategy.
  • Oversee the Digital Broadcasting System for the Essilor brand portfolio, input content, create timeline recommendations for market activations, and support markets.
  • Manage the global Wholesale Activation calendar, coordinating with Essilor brand teams to keep activation plans current.

Main requirements :

  • Degree equivalent to Bac+5, with at least 6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably as an international marketing specialist.
  • Previous experience in the optical industry or in-store/merchandising is required.
  • Results-driven with the ability to manage complex strategic topics and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in an international environment.
  • Comfortable communicating with senior leaders, working in teams, and leading projects.
  • Curiosity to deepen knowledge in optics and/or merchandising.
  • Ability to think from a consumer perspective and execute operational B2B2C marketing actions.
  • Capacity to structure strategic recommendations and share a clear vision on relevant topics.
