Overview

Job Description

ESG reporting is evolving into a strategic performance monitoring tool for LDC, serving both internal management and external stakeholders. With increasing regulatory momentum (CSRD, IFRS, EU / local standards) and expanding public ESG commitments tied to financing, LDC is reinforcing its ESG infrastructure.

This role sits within the central Finance function and plays a pivotal part in shaping the Group’s ESG data strategy, reporting framework, and consolidation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development : Translate ESG standards (CSRD, IFRS, etc.) into internal reporting policies.
  • System Implementation : Support the rollout of ESG consolidation systems (Scope 1–3 emissions, Water, Waste, Pollution).
  • Data Consolidation : Gather and harmonize ESG quantitative data for internal KPIs and external disclosures (e.g., Annual Report).
  • Cross-functional Support : Assist Sustainability team with traceability of purchased volumes, certifications, and origins.
  • Regulatory Mapping : Align internal concepts and methodologies with evolving ESG regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a business partner to Sustainability, Controlling, Communications, and other teams.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • 2–3 years in ESG reporting, data consolidation, or financial controlling
  • Familiarity with data analysis, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards
  • Experience in multinational, matrixed organizations is a plus
