An ERP Systems Administrator's duties encompass managing and maintaining the ERP system, ensuring its smooth operation, and supporting users. Responsibilities include user access management, system configuration, troubleshooting, and implementing patches and upgrades.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance for ERP systems hosted on-premises, in the cloud, or as SaaS services.
- Identify technical problems and propose solutions following problem and resolution management processes.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of supported infrastructure and systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Assist the Service Owner and Team Lead in delivering UNICC Service Delivery Agreements (SDAs) to customers.
- Coordinate, prepare, present, and implement proposals and projects related to SDAs.
- Become a go-to expert for troubleshooting ERP-related issues.
- Manage, prioritize, and take ownership of tasks assigned to the ERP team, including service requests, change requests, incidents, and project tasks.
- Monitor and ensure completion of tasks within SLA targets.

Junior ERP Administrator
- Participate in ERP testing and validation activities.
- Provide first-level user support and troubleshoot basic issues.

Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive ERP administration experience, including upgrades and patching.
- Support for ERP services hosted on-premises and in the cloud.
- Design, install, and support ERP infrastructure components.
- Perform environment cloning, migrations, and deployments.
- Assist in infrastructure refresh and cloud migration projects.
- Monitor capacity and propose improvements.
- Conduct disaster recovery tests.
- Scripting skills in Linux shell, Oracle SQL, or automation tools.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Customer-centric problem-solving approach.
- On-call support availability outside normal hours on a rotational basis.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
- Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Experience with Oracle Cloud products and IT automation tools like Ansible.
