We are currently seeking a Functional Application Manager to join our team and help ensure the successful adoption and ongoing management of our ERP system following its implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the day-to-day operations of the respective applications team;
• Support end users and stakeholders;
• Interface with supplier support;
• Set up and update FAQs;
• Identify, escalate, and manage project risks and issues to resolution;
• Ensure timely and consistent communication during major system downtimes;
• Ensure proper testing of new systems and changes.

Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor’s or Graduate’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.

Experience: At least 2 years of similar experience with a strong understanding of human resources systems, invoicing, and ERP system functionality and operations.

Skills:

• Attention to detail, methodical approach, and investigative skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and customers to solve problems;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• Knowledge of and interest in neuro-linguistic programming.
