Next Ventures is seeking an ERP Programme Manager for a big4 consultancy client in Paris, France. The role is a greenfield ERP implementation for a major financial services end client, with 2–3 days onsite and a 1-year freelance contract with extension potential.

You will drive design, deployment, rollout and go-live, focusing on Finance, Supply Chain and cross‑functional delivery. French-speaking with strong English, you will manage senior stakeholders, guide SAP or Oracle-based solutions, and

Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP programmes from design to go-live.
• 2–3 full ERP implementation cycles completed.
• Industry experience in Finance and Supply Chain.

I’m currently working on 2 x ERP Programme Manager opportunities with a Big 4 consultancy, supporting a major financial services end client in France.

Location: Paris

Working pattern: 2–3 days per week onsite

Freelance: 1 year with extension (2-3 year visibility)

Start: ASAP

The Programme

This is a greenfield ERP implementation for a major financial services organisation, currently moving into the pilot deployment phase.

The Programme Manager will be responsible for driving the programme through design, deployment, rollout and go-live, with a particular focus on:

• Finance
• Supply Chain
• ERP programme delivery
• Pilot deployment through to full rollout and go-live
• Working across business and technology stakeholders
• Supporting the delivery of a major transformation programme within financial services

What they’re looking for

• Experience as an ERP Programme Manager
• Experience delivering/Managing2–3 complete ERP implementation cycles from design through to go-live
• Strong ERP experience with SAP or Oracle
• Proven experience working on greenfield implementations
• Experience across Finance and Supply Chain
• French-speaking, with strong English communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Very strong soft skills – confident, collaborative and able to operate effectively with senior stakeholders
• Experience working within a consulting environment would be highly relevant
