Next Ventures is seeking a freelance SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant for a public-sector organisation based in Paris.

Role: SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant - Technical Focus with a strong SAP FI/S4HANA background. Location: Paris, onsite 2 days per week (South Paris). Start ASAP; duration until end of 2027. French language mandatory and French nationality required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP FI / Finance.
• Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience on SAP ECC to S/4HANA upgrade/migration projects.

Responsabilités

• Technical SAP Finance focus throughout the engagement.
• Project split roughly 50% ECC → S/4HANA upgrade/migration and 50% application maintenance and support.
• Contribute to the technical transition and ongoing SAP Finance landscape evolution.

I'm currently working on an interesting freelance SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant opportunity with a public-sector organisation based in Paris.

Role: SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant - Technical Focus

Location: Paris (15th/16th arrondissement, South Paris)
Onsite: 2 days per week
Contract: Freelance
Start: ASAP
Duration: Until the end of 2027
Language: French - mandatory
Nationality: French nationality required

Key Responsibilities

The role will have a strong technical SAP Finance (FI) focus.

The assignment will be split approximately:

• 50% SAP ECC → S/4HANA upgrade/migration project
• 50% SAP application maintenance and support

You will be involved in the technical aspects of the S/4HANA transition, as well as ongoing maintenance and evolution of the SAP Finance application landscape.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP FI / Finance
• Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience working on SAP ECC to S/4HANA upgrade/migration projects
• Strong technical understanding of SAP Finance
• Application maintenance/support experience
• French language - mandatory
• French nationality - required
• Ability to work 2 days per week onsite in South Paris
