A prominent gaming company in Paris seeks an ERP Product Manager to define its Workday ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration of HR and Finance. Responsibilities include overseeing the Workday roadmap, leading projects, and fostering vendor relationships. Candidates should have at least 5 years of ERP experience, with a strong preference for familiarity with Workday, along with leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.
As an ERP Product Manager, You’ll define and drive the evolution of our Workday ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between HR and Finance and delivering solutions that create tangible business value.
You will assist our Director of Corporate Systems Department and work together with internal teams and external partners.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); familiarity with Workday is a strong plus.
Leadership: At least 3 years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Process Improvement: Proven track record in optimizing and integrating HR or Finance processes and systems.
Executive Communication: Skilled in engaging with senior leadership and translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
