Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Software Support Engineers respond to and resolve incoming customer and partner questions, inquiries, and problems received via phone, email, and service requests through their knowledge of the software, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
  • Our support model enables Support Engineers to work with customers and partners to diagnose and solve issues, including user education, bug reporting, data analysis, and working with R&D to improve software quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or work experience in lieu of a degree; High School diploma or GED required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and desire for customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft OS and applications.
  • Ability to analyze problems independently and deliver quality solutions under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Preferred Skills:

  • Completion of DELMIAWorks User Success Certification or relevant experience.
  • Experience with enterprise software support, manufacturing, finance, or related systems.
