Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer and partner questions via phone, email, and service requests using your knowledge of the software, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
  • Work with customers and partners to diagnose and resolve issues including user education, bug reporting, data analysis, and collaborating with R&D to improve software quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or work experience in lieu of degree; high school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and desire for customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft OS and applications.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, communicate effectively, and manage tasks under pressure.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Preferred Skills

  • Completion of DELMIAWorks User Success Certification.
  • Experience with enterprise software support, manufacturing, finance, or related systems.
