Infinite Orbits in Toulouse is seeking a Data Manager to oversee and organize data within the ERP system (Odoo). This role requires 3 to 7 years of experience with ERP systems, proficiency in Excel, and a detail-oriented mindset. You’ll ensure data accuracy and collaborate across teams including supply chain and finance. Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or Oracle.
• Comfortable working with data in Excel, SQL is a plus.
• Experience in an industrial environment like hardware, aerospace, or manufacturing.

"Orbit Guard" provides Inspection and Space Situational Awareness services in GEO.

"Endurance" is a docking service capable of extending the life of GEO telecom satellites, by taking over AOCS takeover for 5 years.

About the Role

We are looking for someone to manage and structure data within our ERP system (Odoo).

Your main mission: ensure that all data used across the company is accurate, consistent, and well organized.

Job Description

Create and maintain data in the ERP (products, suppliers, customers, etc.).

Ensure there are no duplicates or inconsistencies.

Define and apply simple rules to structure data properly.

Control and track data changes.

Work closely with:

Supply chain (procurement, lead times).

Finance (costs, accounting).

Requirements

3 to 7 years of experience working with an ERP system (Odoo, SAP, Oracle…)

Comfortable working with data and Excel (SQL is a plus)

Experience in an industrial environment (hardware, aerospace, manufacturing…)

Detail‑oriented, structured, and solution‑driven

Able to collaborate with multiple teams
