Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Change Specialist / Change Engineer (f/m) to join the ERP Transformation & Change Management team in Toulouse. You will lead change initiatives across SAP S/4HANA deployments and coordinate cross-site rollout.

The role requires blending Agile and Waterfall methods, applying AI tools for risk prediction, and driving training content with SAP Enable Now. You will work in a multinational setting with sites in Toulouse and Buxtehude.

Qualifications

• Background in Project Management, Change Management, Supply Chain, Innovation Management, or Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale Change Management projects.
• Proficiency in SAP environments (ideally S/4HANA) and SAP Enable Now.
• Applied AI skills in data analysis and prediction; familiarity with Agile/Waterfall.
• Strong autonomy, leadership, negotiation, and intercultural communication.

• Design and execute the global change management plan to secure the adoption of the new SAP S/4HANA ERP across key industrial sites.
• Define the learning strategy and drive the creation of training content via SAP Enable Now.
• Structure the deployment framework, facilitate the Train the Trainer scheme, and lead the post-go-live support phase.
• Drive project progress in both traditional environments and Agile/SAFe cycles to align deliverables with deployment milestones.
• Integrate AI to predict deployment risks while serving as a strategic liaison to management and operational teams.

Job Description

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Change Specialist / Change Engineer (f/m) to join our ERP Transformation & Change Management department in Toulouse.

You will join the strategic organization Airbus Resources Planning (ARP) within a multidisciplinary and transnational team with a global vision of the group’s digital and industrial transformation. The ARP program forms the backbone of Airbus’s industrial evolution, aiming to replace hundreds of legacy tools with a unified, state-of-the-art digital ecosystem (SAP S/4HANA).

We are looking for a versatile engineer / specialist (Change Leadership / Agile & Waterfall Methodologies / AI Technologies) to support the growth of our team, orchestrate the deployment across our pilot sites (notably Avionics in Toulouse and Cabin Electronics in Buxtehude), and thrive in a multicultural, stimulating environment with a high impact on our future aeronautical programs.

Your challenges

Your boarding pass

• Background in Project Management, Change Management, Supply Chain, Innovation Management, or Engineering.

• Significant and proven experience (minimum 10 years) in managing large-scale Change Management projects, ideally in the Aerospace, Automotive, or complex international industrial sector.

• Proficiency in SAP environments (ideally S/4HANA), SAP Enable Now tool, applied AI skills (data analysis, prediction), and mastery of project methodologies (Waterfall & SAFe/Agile).

• Strong autonomy, transparent leadership, high-level negotiation skills, conflict resolution, and excellent interpersonal skills in an intercultural environment.

• Fluent/bilingual English mandatory; proficiency in French and/or German is a strong asset.
