Equity Sales Manager – France (Contract)

Role Overview

Major European Exchange are seeking an experienced Equity Sales Manager to support the expansion of their client base in France. This is a contract role focused on managing and growing relationships with institutional clients, driving sales performance, and ensuring best-in-class client service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and further develop the existing French client portfolio by identifying and responding to client needs. Plan, implement, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with institutional clients. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent client service. Keep client records updated and log interactions accurately in CRM systems. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and client activity. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and coordinated coverage. Contribute to internal discussions to refine sales strategy and client servicing.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in equity sales, account management, or a related financial services role. Strong understanding of equity markets. Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team. High ethical standards and strong commitment to compliance.
