The Equities Sales team is looking for an Equity Sales professional to join on a CDD (12months) contract, supporting the continued growth of our client base in France .

As part of the Equity Sales team, you will be involved in sales, account management, and client relationship development.

You will equally work closely with other asset classes covering the French market, and contribute to meeting sales targets and strengthening both new and existing client relationships.

Key Responsabilities

  • Manage and grow the existing French client portfolio by understanding and responding to client needs.
  • Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.

Client Relationship Development

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with institutional clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain up-to-date client records and accurately log client interactions.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and client activity.
  • Work closely with other internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in internal discussions to support improvements in sales strategy and client servicing.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in equity sales, account management, or a similar role in the financial industry, minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Good understanding of equity markets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High ethical standards and a strong commitment to compliance.
