Merittas is seeking an Equity Partner – Consolidation & Reporting to advise major French and international organisations on consolidated financial statements and reporting. The role combines high-level technical accounting with leading client relationships and teams.

The successful candidate will drive complex consolidation projects, oversee intercompany processes, and shape the firm’s consolidation capability across IFRS and French GAAP frameworks.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Consolidation & Reporting.
• Deep knowledge of French GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience leading client engagements and teams.

Responsabilités

• Produce and review consolidated financial statements.
• Lead complex consolidation engagements.
• Oversee intercompany processes and reconciliations.
• Drive consolidation systems optimization and financial close improvements.
