The role involves providing regulatory guidance, ensuring compliance with European regulations, and collaborating with a diverse team. This is a full-time position at a mid-senior level.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Markets Compliance, ideally with a focus on Equities.
• Strong knowledge of European and French financial regulation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day advisory support to the Equities trading and sales desks.
• Interpret and apply relevant regulatory rules, including AMF, MAR, MiFID II.
• Advise on new product approvals and marketing materials.
